A guide to making the perfect cup of matcha
Grab your matcha• 1/2 a teaspoon of OUR matcha powder

Whisk your matcha• Whisk matcha with a fork or an electric/wooden whisk (if you have one)

Enjoy!• Drink straight from bowl, a mug or a flask for later (remember to shake well before drinking!) |
This is how to make matcha normally but if you're feeling a little adventurous or you want to get used to the taste then try matcha smoothies or lattes!
Latte:
• Add hot milk at the 'hot water' stage and whisk until bubbly
• Add honey if you like things sweeter or cinnamon
Smoothie:
One of our favourite recipes is a classic but you do you and experiment away!
• A handful of berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries...)
• 100ml of yogurt
• 4 ice cubes
• 1tsp of matcha
• Squeeze of honey (optional)
